Strategic Audit Offer
Stop Manual Data Entry. Automate Your WMS/ERP Connectivity.
We architect and deploy high-performance .NET integration services that bridge the gap between your warehouse and your customers' systems—without the complexity of a full-scale rebuild.
Trusted by leading logistics providers to solve complex data silos.
Manual Integrations Are the Hidden Tax on Your Growth.
Every manual reconciliation step introduces delay, risk, and cost into your operation. As volumes increase, the same brittle process starts draining margin and team confidence.
- Orders entered twice before fulfillment starts.
- Inventory mismatches that trigger avoidable support escalations.
- Shipping confirmations delayed across customer and partner systems.
Strategic Bridge Framework
A four-step approach designed for operational reliability.
Strategic Intake
We map your order, inventory, and shipment workflows before touching code.
Enterprise Architecture
We design a durable .NET integration layer aligned to your uptime and scale goals.
Zero-Friction Integration
We connect ERP and WMS platforms without forcing a costly platform rebuild.
Operational Continuity
We protect daily operations with monitored rollouts and support-ready handover.
Built for operational continuity
Proven technology choices for high-stakes warehouse operations.
We combine .NET architecture, SQL-backed reliability, and Azure-ready deployment patterns to keep data exchange predictable as your operation scales.
Case study
From fragile flows to enterprise engineering.

In the world of 3PL and logistics, data flow is the lifeblood of the warehouse. Yet, many teams are still relying on fragile “low-code” workflows that, while helpful in the beginning, eventually become the biggest bottleneck in the supply chain.
We recently helped a client modernize their WMS connectivity with their customer’s new WMS provider, moving from a complex, unmanageable setup to a robust, professional-grade .NET integration.
The Challenge: The Migration & Data-Silo Bottleneck
When a major enterprise client migrates to a new software platform, it often breaks existing operational workflows. In this case, the client upgraded to a modern platform and provided web APIs for data exchange. However, because the core warehouse systems could not natively communicate with these new endpoints, it created a severe structural data silo.
- The Operational Tax: Without a robust native bridge, the operations team was forced into a heavy manual loop. For every single inbound and outbound transfer, administrators had to manually extract, validate, cross-reference, and re-enter data between the two disparate systems. This administrative overhead drained 20–30 minutes per order. The team was burning over 1,000 hours of manual labor per year on repetitive data reconciliation.
- The “Black Box” Problem: initial attempts to patch this communication gap using brittle, temporary low-code workarounds quickly became a liability. As data payload complexities grew, these visual workflows turned into an unmanageable “black box.” When an API sync failed, it failed silently. The team had zero visibility into why a payload dropped, leading to frustrating operational downtime, inventory discrepancies, and stressful manual data tracing.
The Solution: A Code-First Engineering Approach
When the client’s customer migrated to a new WMS provider, the client gained access to Web APIs to interface with the new system. We saw this as the perfect opportunity to ditch the “black box” and build a professional-grade integration.
We engineered a custom .NET CLI application designed for both interactive and non-interactive workflows. This service now handles the full lifecycle of warehouse data:
- Inbound & Outbound Synchronization: Real-time, reliable data flow.
- Automated Status Updates: Triggering confirmation updates the moment an order reaches specific milestones.
- Full Observability: We implemented detailed logging, allowing for instant identification and resolution of any issues.
The Engineering Differentiator
At PBX Digital, we believe that integration isn’t just about making two systems talk—it’s about doing it securely and reliably. To ensure this system was built for long-term production use, we integrated DevSecOps standards into our development pipeline:
- Static Analysis: Using CodeQL to identify security vulnerabilities before they reach production.
- Performance Tuning: Using Qodana to ensure the code remains clean, optimized, and scalable.
The Result: From Data Entry to Exception Handling
By automating this pipeline, we didn’t just save time—we transformed the team’s workflow:
- Massive Efficiency Gains: We reclaimed those 1,000+ hours of manual labor annually, allowing admins to pivot from repetitive data entry to high-value exception handling and client support.
- System Reliability: Moving from “hacky” visual flows to a compiled, tested .NET architecture has significantly reduced data errors and system downtime.
- Future-Proofed Logistics: The system is now secure, performant, and ready to scale as the business grows.
